Phones Team

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient individual to join our team as part of our Phones Department. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with questions, and directing communication to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and provide compassionate support to our clients.
